Why ICA?
We are nurturing competent servant leaders engaged with resilience in the global landscape by focusing on the whole child, innovation, individualized guidance, leadership, and cultivation of a village.

ICA exists as a student-centered education home for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. ICA’s growth plan includes snowball enrollment starting with montessori-inspired early childhood expanding annually with the growth of students through 12th grade. We offer a curated and protected environment with real world exposure guided by biblical principles.

Our goals are to:
1. Whole Child: Cultivate development of the whole child in a Christian environment
2. Innovation: Advance individual curiosity, academic excellence, and spiritual growth through faith based, individualized instruction
3. Individualized: Provide a thoughtful, Montessori-inspired environment that focuses on individual need, servant leadership, and global social responsibility
4. Leadership: Empower dedicated administration and staff with national and global reputations in the education field.
5. Village: Foster an environment supportive of parental partnerships so that learning and development extends beyond the classroom.
