WELCOME TO CUPCAKES 4 KIDS

HOSTS: PARTY WITH A PURPOSE TOOLKIT

All you need is one hour, cupcakes, 5 or 500 friends, and access to this website.  Some choose to host their Cupcakes 4 Kids social as an annual large philanthropy event, others gather a few friends for a Girls Night In.  It's up to you.  It's all about the mission and having fun getting others excited about affordable Christian education.

According to the Council for American Private Education, privately educated students perform better than public school students in reading (14% higher), history (19%), math (10%), and science (13%).

As an independent, interdenominational Christian school we are denied federal funds due to affiliation with our faith, nor do we have one centralized national church to serve as a funding body.  In order to make a difference, we rely on the support of generous individuals, organizations, and businesses like you.

Your support is critical for us to offer reduced tuition, innovative curriculum elements, obtain classroom materials, offer competitive teacher salaries, and maintain operational expenses to keep our school thriving.

Here's what else might be helpful for your host toolkit:

1. Create an eVite using the description on this website under "Supporting Affordable Christian Education" above. Only ask friends to commit an hour.

2. Create a Facebook event and call all those you have invited to see if they can attend.  Personal touch is vital!

3. Share your event link on other social channels.

4. Order your cupcakes!

5. Maybe or maybe not pick up some decorations in our colors - navy blue, light green, and fuschia (optional). No pressure to go all out here unless you want to!

6. Grab some water, tea, and lemonade on event day.

7. Have fun on event day! Make sure everyone enters their information at the "Sign In" button below.  You can pass around your iPad, cell phone, or have a laptop near your entrance, the site works on various platforms. 

8. Open your social with why you are passionate about affordable Christian education, cultivating Christ in our children, and creating a support village to support their development.  Share the facts above, play games, chat, and ask for contributions at the end of the event. You can use any event format you want, the goal is to have fun.  

9. All contributions must be submitted online using the button in the "Guests: Pay It Forward" section.

10. Ask who is able to host their own C4K social.  The goal is to have at least one other person commit to supporting the mission.

11.  Commit.  What's your fundraising goal? $500? $5,000? $50,000? Let's go!
